My unique confections are handcrafted from the finest ingredients sourced from around the world. Each piece is handmade by me. I select flavor combinations for the particular chocolate, whether dark, milk or white. The centers are either caramel or ganache (smooth, creamy and delicious). Colored cocoa butter is applied to some pieces, making each piece an individual creation. I insist on the finest, and freshest ingredients.
