Chocolates

All of our chocolates are made by hand.  Ruth, our chocolatier, has over fifty years of experience in confections, and has refined her recipes over the past five decades.

We use only the finest ingredients. We use E. Guittard and Valrhona chocolate.

We are able to produce custom orders.  We have made custom chocolates for weddings and companies.  Please contact us if you’re interested in custom orders, or corporate gifts.

Our most popular chocolate, made from single-origin Venezuelan chocolate from the Sur del Lago area.

A must for the milk chocolate lover.  We use only high cocoa-content milk chocolate to create a luscious, smooth bonbon.

Madagascar Dark

65% Madagascar dark chocolate.

Guanaja

Guanaja is a small island in the Caribbean. It was discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1502, and his first encounter with cacao was on this very island. We use chocolate made from a blend of cacao found throughout the Caribbean.

Pumpkin Spice

A deliciously smooth medley of rich spices and pumpkin make this an unforgettably unique chocolate.

Blackberry Caramel

An unbelievably smooth and creamy caramel infused with a hint of blackberries.

Almond Crunch
